Act 4 Scene 2 and 3

Time: Tuesday afternoon

Place: Capulet House

Juliet tells her mother and father that she is happy to marry Paris, as she fell in love with him when they talked at Friar Lawrence’s cell, however we know that her plan is not to marry Paris, but trick everyone into thinking she’s dead. At night, Juliet goes into her room contemplating whether or not to drink the special brew, as there were so many things that could go wrong, however she drinks it and ‘dies’.
